DETAILS OF FEES, RENT & DEPOSIT:

Administration Fees – paid on Application this covers the initial administration costs including the reference checks, Tenancy Agreement & Check-in. Please note this is non-refundable if you fail referencing or change your mind at any stage. This application fee is only refundable if the Landlord withdraws. These fees are as follows:

£300 + VAT For up to two Applicants. 
£100 + VAT For each additional Applicant.
£100 + VAT For a Guarantor.

Check-out Fee is £75 + VAT

Renewal Fees if applicable are £75 + VAT – per Tenancy.

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO OTHER HIDDEN COSTS

Deposit and the Rent – to be paid in Cleared Funds prior to the commencement of the Tenancy 

Deposit = 1½ months rent

Rent Paid in Advance = 1 month
