This property is an a brilliant location - close to Darwen Town Centre, and only a few minutes walk from Darwen Train Station - where trains run regularly to Manchester and Blackburn etc...



This bedsit is available FURNISHED OR UNFURNISHED dependant on your needs. It is offered with ALL BILLS INCLUDED and this includes BROADBAND. One of our CLEANERS will visit regularly to maintain standards on the communal areas only.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes pretty much everything you need, including:



Cooking Utensils, crockery, microwave, ironing board, iron, dining table and chairs, washing machine and fridge freezer etc..



There are two bathrooms in this property - one is a shower room on the ground floor, the second one is on the first floor and is a full bathroom suite.



In this property we have a total of 5 rooms and you will be sharing the kitchen and bathrooms with the other residents. One room has been taken



This bedsit is situated on the First Floor. Your room is fully secure and finished to a high standard.



(Other rooms are available at different prices on the first floor, subject to size and availability)



If you are a couple and are considering a bedsit, please advise us when you book your viewing, as not all our bedsits are suitable for couples. Fortunately, this one is, but the rent will be slightly higher.



If you prefer a Twin-Room please let us know as we have these available too.

No pets of any kind are permitted in any of our bedsits.

We have a No Smoking Policy in all our Bedsits.

This Bedsit is not suitable for Children.

We may accept DSS applicants for this property but you MUST be able to provide a HOME OWNER GUARANTOR.

Remember, we're the only agent in the area that's OPEN 7 days a week – and til 8pm on weekdays! So booking a viewing couldn't be easier, even if you're working.

To qualify for this bedsit you will need to have an income of equivalent to 30 x the monthly rent, so for this bedsit, that's £8500 pa..



The amount of money you will need before you can move in is:



REDUCED APP FEE - £99 (Non Refundable). There are no other fees to pay.

Our online application process takes 3 - 4 working days.



Then before you can move in you need to pay: £660 or £682 depending on your payment preference (weekly, monthly).

This includes the first 4 WEEKS RENT rent of £260 (or 282 if paying monthly) and a deposit of £400

The Deposit will be registered with one of the Government's Approved Schemes and sent off to them.



Proof of Id will be required for the tenant. If you are from overseas, we will also need to see proof of ability to live in the UK.





This is a Fully Managed Property:

Any maintenance issues can be reported to us either by using our 24hr Support Line, or by using our new Online Reporting System.
