Like many of our bedsits, this one is FULLY FURNISHED but is also available UNFURNISHED dependant on your needs. This bedsit is offered with ALL BILLS INCLUDED in the rent and this even includes free BROADBAND. One of our CLEANERS also attends the property regularly to maintain standards (communal areas only).



The furniture included with this Large Bedsit can be seen in the pictures. It is £65pw for a single tenant and because we will accept it as a twin-room (so couples or friends can live here together) this would be £90pw.



The kitchen is fully equipped and includes pretty much everything you need, including:



Cooking Utensils, crockery, microwave, ironing board, iron, dining table and chairs, washing machine and fridge freezer etc..



There are two bathrooms in this property - one is a shower room on the ground floor, the second one is on the first floor and is a full bathroom suite.



In this property we have a total of 5 rooms and you will be sharing the kitchen and two bathrooms with the other residents. So far, one room has been taken.



This bedsit is situated on the First Floor. Your room is fully secure and finished to a high standard.

This bedsit is ideal for a single person, two friends sharing or a couple.

We have a No Smoking Policy in all our Bedsits.

This Bedsit is not suitable for Children.

We may accept DSS applicants for this property but they MUST have a HOME OWNER GUARANTOR.

To qualify for this bedsit you will need to have an income of equivalent to 30 x the monthly rent, so for this bedsit, that's around £8500k pa..



The amount of money you will need before you can move in is:



HALF PRICE APPLICATION FEE OF £112.50 (Non Refundable). There is also a £75 Move in fee and £75 move out fee.

PLUS £100 SHOPPING VOUCHERS ON MOVE IN

There are no other fees to pay.

Our online application process takes 3 - 4 working days.



Then before you can move in you need to pay: £660.00 if you are paying rent weekly/four weekly) or £682 (if you are paying rent monthly).

This includes the first 4 weeks (first months) rent of £260.00 (£282) and a deposit of £400.00

The Deposit will be registered with one of the Government's Approved Schemes and sent off to them.



Proof of Id will be required for the tenants. If you are from overseas, we will also need to see proof of ability to live in the UK.
