All our properties are in good areas and we don't rent to undesirables.



No Pets are allowed in any of our bedsits.



We look after and maintain all our properties to a high standard hence we have a 24hr Tenant Support Line for any maintenance issues.

Pay First Month's Rent Prior to Moving In - £260 or first 4 weeks rent £240

PLUS DEPOSIT OF £300



Application Fee currently half price at £112.50. (Non Refundable).

There will also be a move in fee of £75 and a move out fee of £75.
