The furniture with our bedsits includes:



Single Bed (Although we do have other bedsits with double beds - in larger rooms for around £80 per week). 

Chair  

Table/Computer Desk  

Wardrobe Bedding is available if required.



All rooms are nicely carpeted with matching decor.



All our properties are in good areas and we don't rent to undesirables.



No Pets are allowed in any of our bedsits.



We look after and maintain all our properties to a high standard hence we have a 24hr Tenant Support Line for any maintenance issues.

For anyone who is interested, here is the important stuff about our lettings criteria: 

You will require: References AND a HomeOwner Guarantor.  

Income: To qualify for this bedsit you will need to have an income of equivalent to 30 x the monthly rent, which is - £6500pa. To apply you will need £112.50 application fee.

When you move in you will need to pay a deposit of £400 and 4 weeks rent in advance (£200)

You must have home owner guarantor and good references. 

Proof of Id  

Pay Advance Rent Prior to Moving In. (4 weeks)  

APPLICATION FEE £112.50. (NON REFUNDABLE) There will also be a move in fee of £75 and a move out fee of £75. 

Application process takes 3 - 4 working days.
