I moved here 9 years ago and have been very happy, it is a fabulous place to live. The flat is very light and the bay window in the lounge gives the flat even more light as well as being a nice feature where the dining table fits perfectly!
West Worthing train station is close by to walk to if I need to travel further afield or just feel like leaving the car at home so I can enjoy a few drinks with friends in Brighton.
The block is very well maintained by the managing agents who tend to the gardens and keep the communal areas looking neat, clean and tidy. If you are looking for your first time buy or investment I am sure you will be very happy with this flat.
