The location is great and is within walking distance to the local shops, dentists and surgeries. Buses into Worthing town centre go right past the door so it is easy to go further afield if desired.

The development itself is incredibly quiet and having residents parking is very useful. There is a good community feel here and plenty of activities such as coffee mornings, scrabble and card sessions. There is also a guest suite for when friends and family come over to stay.
