I grew up in the area and knew this would be a great place to live. From all the modern conveniences including South Woodford station to the leafy area, open spaces, the parks and of course the forest, it really suited my lifestyle. This flat was the perfect bachelor pad for me and it was great to have friends over for a bite to eat and pop up to South Woodford to the many restaurants there. I feel very secure living on the fourth floor and in the warmer months it's great to leave a window open for some fresh air. The concierge service has been brilliant and they know me well and they even drop of my parcels, which is handy when you are working long hours during the week.
