OWNERS COMMENTS It's been over a decade that I've owned my apartment here, eleven years to be precise! I have loved the peace and quiet of the area that the apartment gives me after a long day at work. It's a bright apartment but still feels cosy in the winter. Having the allocated parking is extremely handy also. I have a share of the freehold which is great for ensuring I have a say in what happens and will pass this onto the new owner.
