I have been very happy living here for 12 years now. I knew straight away that this was the property for me. There were amazing open views and I loved the feeling of space and light with the dual aspect lounge/dining area.

The low service charge and the prospect of sitting outside in the lovely communal gardens in the summer greatly appealed. It was handy that it had its own driveway and so much storage.

The gardens are well maintained and everyone keeps their properties in good condition. It is a lovely, quiet and safe neighbourhood, the neighbours are fantastic and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. I will be sad to leave!
