I bought my home brand new from Bellway in March 2008, seven years ago and was one of the first people to move onto the development.

I've always been really impressed by how light and airy the apartment is, with the bedroom and living/dining room flooded with sunlight in the mornings. With the balance of the NHBC warranty remaining, I've not had to do anything to the property, although I have redecorated and added flooring since I've been here.

I also feel very safe being on the first floor and enjoy being at the top of the estate as it feels more open.
