I bought this flat almost 8 years ago now and for me it was all about the location. I loved the fact that the area itself felt really tucked away and peaceful yet in just a few minutes drive, I could be in the hustle and bustle of Dorking HIgh Street.
Since living here I have redecorated the flat and also had a new kitchen fitted. Over recent years, I have rented the flat out and have always done so pretty easily so whilst it would be a great first purchase for someone, it would also make a superb investment.
