I bought this property as at the time it was everything I wanted. I was moving from a large house and this was perfect for me to down size to.
The only reason I am moving is I would really love a ground floor apartment with its own garden – if this was on the ground floor I probably would not be moving!
I will miss the proximity to town most if I have to move – this is so convenient to get to the shops and Church Litten park is only a short distance away which is a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by.
