Property description
Finding a flat with character can be a real struggle, due to the limited amount available. But what if we offered you an amazing split-level conversion that was so spacious and desirable it would make your heart melt and you jump for joy?
Well, this gothic-inspired water tower, originally built in 1903 and converted in 2007, will make you feel just like that. Sitting pride of place in Netherne-on-the-Hill, imagine yourself living in this beautiful and well-maintained development.
There is even a residents' gym, swimming pool and tennis courts, for all those wanting to stay fit, together with the convenience of a village shop and hall, not to mention the acres of open space that surrounds you.
Owning a home like this you will wonder how life ever got this good. Once inside you will marvel at the charm and romance of the rooms and, with its favourable position, you will be able to appreciate the far reaching views.
The open-plan kitchen and lounge areas provide the perfect place to entertain friends.
Why should you settle for just any old flat? With the addition of a car barn parking space as well as having the opportunity to move in as soon as you can, you really need to book in to view this lovely home, before someone else beats you to it!
What the Owner says:
As soon as I walked into this flat, I knew this was the one, it really has the wow factor and I still pinch myself to think how lucky I've been to live in such a cool place.
The M25 is almost a stones' throw away, so it's been easy to get to Brighton or Bluewater for shopping. Reigate is about a 10 minute drive for nice restaurants and bars with Starbucks nearby if we are feeling lazy! The local stations have great links too for commuting and there's a bus you can catch from outside the gym.
Now, nearly 8 years later, we are getting married so are looking for a family home together. We will both miss living here, as the neighbours are lovely and the area is safe.
