The views are really great and when the communal lounge is full there is a great community spirit as friends are very easily made.
The apartment itself is ready to move into straight away and it has been kept quite neutral throughout. It is lovely and bright when the sun is out and is in a wonderful location.
I watched the properties being built and would often park up on the sea front and picture myself living in the apartment. There is nothing better than on a summers evening to relax on the balcony watching the cruise liners and yachts making their why out of the Solent with the Isle of Wight in the background.
