With this being our first property, one thing that we really appreciated in this flat was the space compared to other properties that we had seen. This was by far and away the biggest.

The turning is extremely convenient and we don't hear anything of the neighbours in the block either. It's great to have local shops close by as whenever we need an emergency pint of milk or loaf of bread, it's never too far away.

We have loved living here but we now feel it's the right time to move on. We are sure that whoever moves in will be as happy as we have been.
