Property description

Nelson Court development was built by the reputable retirement home builder, McCarthy Stone, in the late 2000's and is available for persons of the age of 55 and over.

It is located in the sought after Windmill Hill area of Gravesend and is accessible for the town centre and all local amenities, including the railway station.

This flat gives you some wonderful views of the surrounding area and, on a clear day, you can even gaze out towards the river Thames as you sit back and relax enjoying the twilight of your life.

In this flat there will be room for you to bring your furniture and you will not, in any way, feel hemmed in as all of the rooms are very light and spacious making it feel bright and airy throughout and the whole flat has been designed with making your life that much easier.

If you feel the need to socialise then why not take advantage of the residents' lounge where you can gather for a chat and there's even a function room for other organised events.

To ensure that you feel safe and sound, help is at hand twenty four hours a day with domestic assistance and there is a camera entry system to check who your visitors are.

There is parking for when friends and family come to visit and there's even a laundry room if you would prefer to do your own washing.

Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

Having considered the needs of our parents, we felt that Nelson Court would suit them perfectly. Their flat really stood out, as it is unique in that it has no neighbours above or below and has fantastic views!

The guest suite opposite was a huge bonus as we could visit them and stay in close proximity without hindering their routines - almost like staying in a second bedroom!

Mum and Dad were very happy here and they participated in the activities which were arranged. They both loved being able to have lunch in the restaurant, which meant they could mix with other residents and, Mum had no need to cook if she didn't feel like it.
