We saw this property and immediately could see the potential it had. When we originally purchased it the whole building was one property so we decided to split the Title and create two flats. This property has proven to bring in a healthy yield but now, with a growing family, we are selling both this flat and the upstairs one in order to buy a larger home to suit our family's needs.
