When I moved here seven years ago, I was attracted by the amount of space in the flat and, having a hallway, made it seem even bigger rather than having everything coming off a central room. Despite being only a ten minute walk from the centre of Faversham, Ospringe retails a village, "feel", with a local shop, garage and fish ad chip shop that draws people in from miles around.
The flat is in a quiet and pleasant location, with windows that provide excellent light throughout the day. I loved living here for the seven years.
Since moving out we have very successfully rented the property and our tenants have loved it too!
