Once inside, the size of the kitchen will catch your eye just as it did the current owners when they first saw it! A superb size and offering an abundance of cooking space, it is ideal for entertaining, so you can invite friends over for dinner and they can sit at the table with a glass of wine as you rustle up something special! Afterwards everyone can relax in style in the vast lounge which has plenty of room to unwind in and currently easily accommodates two large sofas. The bedroom is an excellent size with incredible views and built-in wardrobes The bathroom is a great size and has natural light pouring through, so is the perfect environment for that well earned soak at the end of your working day. If you crave outside space, you can head outside to the communal gardens where you can easily have friends over for a barbecue or just set up a lounger on the lawn. Located within easy reach of the town centre, stations and most of Dorking's schools, including the ever popular St Paul's it's easy to see why this flat won't hang around for long.
What the Owner says:
We moved here over four years ago and for us it was all about the size and location. We had viewed one bedroom houses in North Holmwood that were not a patch on the space that this place offered and we instantly fell in love with the road and the character, so we snapped up the opportunity to live here. We were bowled over by the views as it felt like we were out in the country, yet with all the benefits of town centre just moments away. We love Dorking and are definitely looking to stay local but have now decided to take the next step up the property ladder to get a house. That said, we have been spoilt here for space so hopefully can find something that comes close to what we have become accustomed!
