This flat has been in our family since it was built, around 1984. A family member lived here for around 10 years and since then it has been rented out. We have always kept the flat in good condition and in 2015 we had new windows fitted, re-decorated and had new carpets and curtains. We also had new flooring in the bathroom and kitchen. It's a small development with just four blocks of thirty two flats in total and we've always found it to be very quiet and friendly. The communal areas are very well maintained and looked after and that along with its excellent location has meant we have had no trouble in letting it out. The current tenant is now moving out and we have decided it is time to sell with no onward chain.
