I purchased this flat as my first time approximately thirteen years ago. It is an absolutely superb place to live and I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent here.

I like this flat, because it is at the back of the building facing away from the road, so this means it is a very quiet and relaxing place to live. It has a good size living room with a nice outlook from the patio doors; the bedroom also has patio doors and fitted wardrobes.

I have replaced the kitchen and the bathroom and recently had a new boiler installed. The location is very handy for the shops and transportation facilities, so it is also an ideal rental property.
