Looking back to when I was hunting for a place, it was the location that did it for me.

It felt safe and secure and has been the same ever since. Having the warden around is quite useful especially if there is an emergency. The communal area is handy if you have friends and family coming to visit, because is has that bit more space.

I love the fact that I could sit out on my balcony after a long day and relax with a nice glass of beer or a cup of tea, whichever I fancied. I think this is one of the best things about the apartment, because in comparison to a lot of the others, they don't have a balcony.
