This has been such a great home for me for the last eight years. I chose it because I loved the amount of character there is and also because of the location. It only takes me five minutes to get to the train station and eight minutes to get to the sea front so I haven’t had the need for a car the whole time I have been here.
It’s very secure too. It’s good to know that if you go on holiday that you can lock it up and leave it without any worries.
If we have any guests come over, it is really easy to find. We tell them to go to St Peter’s Church and we can then look out of our lounge window and wave to them!
We have no plans to buy anywhere as we are thinking of moving abroad so we are offering the flat for sale with no chain.
