We’ve always loved the location. We’re perfectly placed for virtually everything including Sainsbury’s, all the local shops and it’s so easy to get to the A27 and A23 so commuting is easy.

We looked at so many and didn’t see any that had the size of garden that we have. There’s plenty of room to sit out and it’s a proper garden too, not like the courtyards that you often see.
