We have lived here since 2012 and were so pleased to find somewhere in our budget that wasn’t a studio flat. Being on the top floor was an added bonus for us. We also love the location as it’s so easy to get into town and the railway station is easy to get to, too.
We have put down the laminate floor in the living area and carpets in the bedroom, decorated throughout and we also had a new electric shower unit fitted. We don’t have gas but the couple of stand-alone heaters that we have are perfectly adequate as being on the top floor we benefit from the heat of the flats below us!
