When we saw the flat for the first time we were immediately impressed with the huge rear garden. Summertime is a great time of the year to enjoy the outside space, friends and family can come over to enjoy the rays with us and although it's large, it's a really easy garden to maintain and keep looking good all year round.
The flat needed modernisation and we really enjoyed upgrading it over time. We have added a new kitchen and bathroom and have created clever storage solutions in the spacious bedroom. With its neutral colour scheme throughout, people are always surprised at how light and bright the flat is. It doesn't feel like a 'basement flat' at all. We will really miss this fantastic location with its easy commuter links and friendly neighbours.
