Property description

Immaculately finished and presented beautifully, you can unpack your bags and move straight in. So much love and care has been put into this home and you can tell that no corners have been cut as the attention to detail really is outstanding. From the carefully chosen ‘farrow and ball’ paint colours to the old style radiator to match in perfectly with the modern, well-designed kitchen, no need to lift a finger with any DIY here!

The location is fantastic too. On a quiet road in a residential area where there is a strong sense of community. There are street parties, artists 'Open Houses' during the festival and even a 'Playing Out' evening where the Road is shut so the children can play outside together. Amenities are close-by and Preston Park Station is moments away by foot meaning getting into Brighton is a breeze and if you need a mainline train to commute to work, you couldn’t get much easier than living here!

Those keen gardeners out there will be pleased to see this beautiful, larger than average garden in excess of 60 ft. With space to grow veg and space for sunbathing and socialising with friends, you’ll lose yourself pottering around amongst the greenery and there is even a handy storage unit so you can store away all of your gardening gear and barbeque kit.

So come and see exactly what this luxury home has to offer, you’ll be glad you did!

What the Owner says:

I have lovingly refurbished this property over the past few years and no expense has been spared! I have opened up the living space in order to make the area more open plan and social, what used to be the hallway is now a useful dining area for when guests visit, the oak flooring with thermal insulation which runs throughout the flat also gives a great feeling of space.
Having two separate entrances is also brilliantly convenient. Access from Inwood Crescent is flat and parking is easy front or rear. There are handy lights along the path for when the dark starts to creep in earlier in the evenings.
Having had my son, it's now the time for us to have our own bedrooms, if it wasn't for the need for another room I'm sure I'd be here for years to come!
