As soon as I stepped foot into my lovely flat it was an instant hit, it immediately felt like home, at last my search had come to an end. After albeit just a few years here, I've decided the timing is right to upsize, hence the sale.

I have been so happy here, and I have to say the location is second to none.

My neighbours are the best and we are hopefully acquiring the freehold to the building very soon.

I will miss living here, but I am also looking forward to my new venture. I wish the new owner the very best of luck and much happiness in their new home.
