We were lucky enough to be offered accommodation with our jobs so buying this was a backstop and an investment. We knew the village reasonably well and loved the fact it is so quiet and that the village offers some good amenities like the pub, shops and bus route into Tenterden and Maidstone.
The apartment is quiet as well and we rarely hear any of the neighbours but when we do see them they are always friendly.
The bills are low so it's an efficient home to run and really has been a good investment for us.
