There is a residential office manager on site (Monday to Friday) excluding bank holidays, 9am until 1pm. Anyone living at the flat would have a pull cord emergency call line. There are even rooms to store scooters!

When I first looked at this property, I immediately fell in love with it. Despite being a one bedroom apartment, it was spacious and well laid out and had stunning views from the Juliet balcony over the private gardens.
Sometimes I will sit out in the communal conservatory with a book and I've been know to take a walk around the garden and enjoy the peace and quiet.
It really is a lovely place here. It is good having my own independent flat whilst knowing that if I want to socialise, I only need pop down to the communal lounge or conservatory to join in with regular coffee mornings when some of the residents get together.
I am happy to leave living room furniture if anyone is interested.
I am only moving now to live with a close relative.
