During nearly ten years of living in Royal Tunbridge Wells we have been extremely lucky in securing a home that has lovely neighbours, access to all the local amenities, including a 10 minute walk to High Brooms Station and walkable distance to the town centre. What’s been a real plus for us was not only the quiet location but gardens to the front and rear which were a major attraction. There is also an extra bit of lawn to the side of the gated garden offering potential to extend (subject to the relevant permissions). When we moved into the property it was a project, but we knew we could turn it around and have many pleasurable years living here. We hope that the new owners will have as many happy years living here as we did.
