The ground floor consists of a good double bedroom with a 5ft king-size bed, wardrobe and bed side tables, this room has under floor heating and window to the front of the property. The adjacent bathroom is modern and clean with low level W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath.

From the lobby, a winding staircase leads directly up to an open plan living room and kitchen, with beamed ceilings adding character and charm to this light open space, natural wood flooring and a lovely view of the sea from the kitchen window. A fitted kitchen occupies one corner of the room with a range of high and low cupboards.

The villages of Kingsand and Cawsand have a selection of pubs, cafes and local shops, all within a couple of minutes walk. Both villages have small beaches of sand and shingle, Whitsand Bay with a 4 mile stretch of sand is about a 10 minute drive, there is also a golf course at Whitsand Bay and National Trust house and gardens at Mount Edgecumbe. Plymouth is about 20 minutes by car via the Torpoint ferry.
