A Large open plan living space, which houses a sofa-bed, dining table and chairs, wall mounted TV with Freeview and kitchen.

The kitchen comes with all the utilities you would expect with a one and a half unit sink and draining board, electric oven, electric hob, extractor fan over hob, microwave, fridge with internal freezer compartment, washing machine and plenty of cupboard space with both base and wall units.

The double bedroom includes a double bed with linen, two bed stands with bedside lamps, a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. The twin bedroom includes two single beds with linen, a bed stand shared between the beds with a bedside lamp, a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.

The shower room has a low level toilet and pedestal sink as well as a large power shower/ cubicle.

The windows of this lodge look out over the expansive communal gardens, and with separate access to each lodge you are free to come and go as you please giving an easier and more comfortable living option than staying within a hotel.

Terrms and Conditions

      There is a Utility Charge of 170 pcm includes all gas, electric and water usage, as well as weekly cleaning and linen changes.

      There is a 50 Holding deposit which  reserves and secures  the booking of therequired property.

      1 bedroom properties -  rent to be monthly in advance

      First rental payment must be cleared funds before commencement of tenancy agreement is signed.

      Deposit to be retained by landlord until departure and inspection of property.

      We require tenants to give two week notice before departure.
