Thirteen years ago I bought this property as a first time buyer, instantly fell in love with it. It's so peaceful and private, that feeling of security was very important to me. My friends always came to my home as I had more space to entertain in the spacious lounge and dining areas and, of course, what really sold it to me……the garden. I have enjoyed many BBQ's and for years my BBQ, table and chairs, even a patio heater were left outside throughout the year and was never worried about it going missing. My neighbours have mainly been single ladies and lived here nearly as long as ive owned the property and all look out for each other. Ive rented it out in the recent years but now feel its time to sell, I will be very sad to see it go as i have lots of happy memories living here.
