I bought this property approximately 15 years ago now as I liked the secure grounds and the fantastic location. I drive into Central London for work, although sometimes I will take the train in at the weekends to enjoy the theatre or a meal out. I also enjoy dining out in Chingford and I shop in Loughton regularly. Since I have been here I have installed a Combi boiler which certainly keeps me warm and cosy in the winter. I have also changed the bathroom slightly and given the kitchen a facelift. I have got to know a few people in the block over the years .
I have decided I am going to move to near some friends, but this has truly been the perfect home for me whilst I have been in the UK.
