As soon as we saw this chalet we fell in love with its position; quiet, private and with lovely views, as well as having the rare advantage of being in a gated community. We recently converted the chalet into a modern studio-style space which is light and airy, with everything you need for a convenient and relaxing 'get-away'. A number of the chalets already serve as lucrative holiday let investments, whilst others are used exclusively by their owners. We have found Niton to be a delightful, friendly village with great pubs and easy access to all the attractions of the Island's South coast.
