RENTAL PROCESS
Applicants who wish to proceed need to submit an application to the Housing Association who will decided if you match their criteria (see above). You will then need to complete a reference process which allows us to carry out credit checks and apply for references. This is at a cost of £150 for a single tenancy and £250 for a joint tenancy. Once satisfactory checks have been made, prior to moving in, cleared funds are required consisting of a deposit of £590 plus one months rent of £440. Reservations will only be confirmed once the reference fee and application form has been received.
