I purchased this property as a buy to let investment. I was attracted by the beautiful building and gated crescent. Also the low outgoings, long lease and share of freehold was a major factor too. I thought the fact that the property had loft space was a benefit.
I have had great tenants in the property since owning it. There is currently a tenant that would ideally like to remain, although the property could also be sold to someone wanting a home.
