I bought this flat 4 years ago mainly due to its size, compared to other flats I viewed this had the most spacious rooms. I also loved the location, it is in the lovely village of Westcott which has beautiful countryside right on its doorstep and is great for walking and cycling.
In 2014 I had a new combi-boiler installed and a new toilet, sink and shower pump fitted.
Since moving here I have had a family so I am now looking to sell and buy something larger, hopefully in the local area.
