I bought this flat as a first time buyer around 6 to 7 years ago and it has been a great place to live in.
The parking is really useful as we have an allocated space as well as spaces for guests.
We have moved on now as it was time to make the next step to a larger home. The area has been great (not in the centre of town, but easy enough to get to where we want to go).
Since moving we have had great success and return in renting the property out.
