I purchased the apartment as it was just so well laid out compared to others in this price range, with a coveted location that is close to the high street and great transport links.
What we have come to appreciate is just how quiet the flat it is as we are on the top floor. Because of this there is virtually no noise and so much light being so high up. The kitchen has also been an unexpected bonus as it is fantastic to cook in due to the size.
It will be sad to see it sell but I know that we are handing over an excellent property for the new owners.
