When I was looking to buy the properties I was looking at were either far too small or in completely the wrong location.
When Woodville came up it was such an easy decision as it was really close to the high street and great transport links - with outside space that was a real bonus!
The fact that it was also split level was also a big draw and living here has lived up to expectations.
It will be sad to sell but hope the new owners enjoy it as much as I have.
