I have owned this property for a number of years and it really does hold a special place in my heart. I originally lived here and it really was a wonderful home, the overall size of the apartment was always a real bonus –especially when I had friends over.
The location was really convenient because it was so close to town. More recently I have been taking advantage of the letting market and had no problem securing a tenant. I am sure the new owners whether it be for a rental property or personal ownership will love the apartment as much as I have.
