We originally bought the apartment as an investment to rent out and since owning it we have never struggled to find a tenant to move into it. It's so close to Albert Road, Canoe Lake and the seafront, so you're never short of anything to do at the weekend.

As there often is when you have tenants in an apartment it needed a bit of a spruce up for the next owner so we have re-decorated the whole apartment and also replaced the carpets throughout so the next owners will have little to do when they pick up the keys.
