We instantly fell in love with the Grand Ocean building. The reception, hallways and listed communal garden have been restored to a very high standard.

With the South Downs at one end of the road and Saltdean beach at the other, it's the perfect place to enjoy living by the sea (without the noise and congestion of central Brighton). The on-site gym, local shops and ease of parking makes for very convenient living, particularly for commuters such as ourselves.

We are sad to be leaving the flat so soon after moving here, but we are now looking for a home with a second bedroom.
