Another lovely feature of this apartment, apart from the courtyard setting, is the attention to detail. In particular, check the windows out as you will see they are double glazed sash style windows which, let me tell you, are double the cost of normal double glazing.

There is also a lovely park just across the road. Why not sit and relax on the bench or go for a jog around it. I must say it did remind me of the park in Albert Square as I looked out of the window, see what you think.

We bought the apartment when it was brand new, it was our first buy and we have loved living here. The whole apartment is a lovely size, in particular, the bathroom is massive!

The area is great here, you can walk down to the beach or around the corner to the Co-op. We would love to stay here but now have a dog so need a house with a garden.
