What Is Close Care And What Services Are Provide - Kilfillan Park is managed by Jelf Close Care Limited, a not-for-profit organization, whose main objectives are to administer the block of apartments and to provide 24 hour Close Care to the residents. A Care Manager and part-time care workers are employed. A carer is on site 24 hours a day. Each resident has a pendant alarm to alert the carer.

Close Care provides the comfort of readily available assistance, but does not provide nursing or medical help. It is a condition of purchase that prospective residents meet the Manager, to ensure that the correct level of care can be provided, before purchase is agreed.
