The location is great for both the local shops and for Hove train station, as well as being less than 5 minutes away from the seafront. Even though the location is central the road itself is surprisingly quiet.

There have never been any issues with any of the other tenants, and as two of the other three freeholders live within the property there has never been any problems when agreeing repairs and maintenance.
