Believe it or not my flat was previously owned by my friend and I had always loved it. When she decided to move onto pastures knew I just had to have it for myself! Being right in the heart of 'Brunswick' it has a great vibe. It's a good location for the beach, the shops and merely a short stagger home from the pubs. Whilst it has everything you could wish for on your doorstep, it also has everything you need within, a little garden for barbecues, a cosy fire for the winter days curled up indoors and masses of built in storage. I lived in the flat for a short time before buying a family house then subsequently let it out, it has been the perfect low maintenance investment and very popular with tenants.
